MEMBERS ONLY!!!!  We will be constantly building more blinds, benches, brushing blinds and fixing levees until the 2007 season begins.  Contact us and let us know what you can help with!  If you are a new member this year, now's the time to take a couple of days and go find all of the properties.  Contact us if you need directions or general help.  **The remaining balance of membership dues was due 10/1/07!  If you have an outstanding balance when the season opens, you may not be allowed to hunt until the balance is paid in full!**

Private group memberships make up the backbone of this hunting club.  DRHC maintains the responsibility to make every groups' experience a memorable one.  Because of this commitment, the club has grown three-fold in just a few years.  The club’s members are happy hunters, and the new additions have joined through the best kind of referrals  - word of mouth.

DRHC Members get the best locations every day.  Guided hunts are provided on separate daily "gate fee" properties, so the members don't have to compete in order to get good hunting.  DRHC members get great hunting every day!!!

All members have access to every property leased by the hunting club.  To better manage the land and ensure everyone's safety, hunting locations are assigned the night before.  Each group decides what and where they would like to hunt.  This information is report no later than 5:00 PM by the groups' spokemen.  Most land requests are approved.  DRHC believes in "spreading the wealth" during the season, so every group will have the same opportunities for awesome hunting!!!

Each group is encouraged to help manage the land secured for hunting.  Typical jobs to be done include planning levees, cutting cane, building and brushing blinds, and making benches.  Once the hunting season begins, the rewards of well-prepared sites make it all worthwhile.

To help ensure the club’s success, DRHC believes in cultivating good relationships with each landowner and/or farmer we are partnered with, and members of this club are expected to abide by the “rules of the land”.

Prior to the beginning of hunting season, detailed maps are created for each property, as well as an overall map with each property highlighted. Also, each member receives a packet that contains all of the maps, a release-of-liability statement, and permission slips for specific counties, and membership rules.
